Chetan Malhotra is the Managing Director of the WOW Infrastructure Private Limited. As the Managing Director, Mr Malhotra is responsible for strategic planning, designing and administering membership planning, and coordinating the WOW Infrastructure core initiatives.
 
Prior to joining WOW Infrastructure Private Limited, Mr. Malhotra was the Director of CampusEAI India Pvt. Ltd . CampusEAI Consortium was established in 2003 by 14 universities as a response to increasing IT budget cuts, resource constraints and expectations of incoming Internet-savvy students that are, these days, exposed to services such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The CampusEAI Consortium's mission is to help members reduce the time, cost and effort associated with implementing enterprise IT services by leveraging shared IT services, lessons learned and best practices so that each member can avoid reinventing the wheel.
 
CampusEAI India was a special vendor to Campus Consortium.
 
Mr. Malhotra is a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.

Vipul Prakash is the Director of the WOW Infrastructure Private Limited. And the Managing Director at Elixir. Prior to joining WOW Infrastructure Private Limited .Mr. Vipul Prakash was Managing Director, Elixir, has been a visionary with more than 15 years of experience in this field.
 
An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Prakash, has been relentlessly pursuing the commitment to bring world-class recognition to the RPO sector in India. Under his inspiring and able leadership, the RPO concept has grown synonymous to high quality recruitment standards, use of updated technology and dedicated approach in the industry. The most critical driver in the services business is the customer and Elixir has made substantial efforts to strengthen its relationship with its customers enabling it to build a strong relationship with more than thousand customers and an established market presence.
 
Mr. Prakash believes that the foremost ingredient for the company’s success has been the ability to continuously evolve both organisational structure and product offerings, thereby remaining on the cutting edge of recruitment services. The robust growth achieved during a period otherwise marked by modest economic growth, has been entirely on account of capitalising on market opportunities, which enabled Elixir to re-write the boundaries of its business.
 
Apart from Elixir, his other ventures have been Websity, Regarde New York – a multicrore-power house, Pristine UAE. Mr. Prakash is a University rank holder and a distinguished alumni of Delhi University.
